Depending on the following bookings, you can spontaneously extend your stay with us. You can also specify your desired departure date when booking. Subject to availability of course.

What is my accommodation like?

Accommodation is included in the price. Your bedroom is a large 2 person tent with standing height and 2.70mx 3.50m area and 2 real beds.
With a reading lamp on the bedside table and enough space for your luggage. The tents are in our own area on a wind-protected meadow (see Camping Deluxe).

What is there to eat?

A rich breakfast buffet is available from 9 a.m. in the morning. Rolls, eggs, cold cuts, jams, muesli, juice, water and coffee in sufficient quantities leave nothing to be desired.

In the evening there is also a buffet with a varied menu consisting of meat and vegetarian dishes, as well as a rich selection of salads.

Getting here by bus and train is easy. By train, the journey is via Rotterdam Central Station (HBF). From there take the metro line D in the direction of “De Akkers” to Spijkenisse and from the metro station Spijkenisse Centrum take bus line 103 to Oostvoorne, bus stop Berkenrode (we can pick you up here by arrangement). I have done a kitesurfing course before. Can I still take part in the kitesurf camp?

Of course you can also participate. Depending on which level you have already reached, we adapt the course to your needs. For advanced kiters we offer the possibility of radio training with BB Talking radio equipment.

Someone wants to accompany me to the camp but does not want to take part in the kite surfing (course). Is that also possible?

Accompanying persons are welcome. Accommodation and meals can also be booked individually with us. Kitesurfing equipment can of course also be rented individually.

What happens if there is no wind?

It happens that we have no wind. On the one hand, we have the voucher regulation for this: You will receive all content that cannot be carried out as a voucher, so that you can come back at any time and catch up on the course/practice days. On the other hand, there is always something to experience: We offer surfing courses and SUP courses for camp participants at reduced rates, the surrounding beaches invite you to chill and be active, bicycles can be rented to explore the area.

When is the best time of the season to attend the kitesurf camp?

Indeed a very common question. However, not easy to answer.

Value for money is best in the off-season, ie April through June, and September. Im Frühjahr sind die Tage lang und die Sonne wärmt von oben, das Wasser ist noch etwas frischer. In summer it is warm, the beach invites you to stay, even in the evenings with a campfire. It’s still warm in September, but the days are getting noticeably shorter.

It’s really hard to say when the wind is at its best. Overall, the statistics for our spot are good and because we have our camp close to the spot, we are ready to go quickly and flexibly as soon as the wind picks up.

From southern wind directions to south-west to west and north-west wind, the conditions here are ideal for kiting. But the north-east wind that occurs very often is also ideal for training at our spot.

I have another question. May I ask you?

Of course, the quickest way to discuss all questions is to give us a quick call. We can also be reached via email and Whatsapp.
