Surf’s Up Now is our new offer for surfers and those who want to become one. After successfully expanding our kitesurfing camp since 2004, it is now time to take advantage of the excellent surfing conditions in our area. Here at Maasvlakte Strand we have one of the best wave spots in Holland. In addition to the well-known wave spots in Scheveningen and Domburg, word has gotten around that Maasvlakte Strand is a top spot and on good days there are up to 100 surfers in the line-up. The 8-kilometer-long sandy beach has the right entry point for every skill level and offers plenty of space for many wave rides.

In our camp you will be accommodated together with the kiters in luxurious 2-man tents with real beds. Well rested, a rich and healthy breakfast buffet awaits you in the morning in our station house. Equipped with your lunch bag, we’ll set off for the beach after checking the weather and water conditions and handing out the equipment.

We start the beginners‘ course gently with exercises on land from where we first observe the waves to develop a feeling for waves and currents. We explain the basics you need to move effectively in the water. Then we’re ready to go! Together we paddle out and show you the best waves, push you and support you in playing with the power of the water.
